We are led to these remarks through the Ease and Delight experienced in the wear of the 'REGISTERED PAD HAT,' advertised in our columns by MESSRS. BALDWIN AND SoN: and we commend its universal adoption to all those-and their name is legion-who have long borne with ~enuine English grumbling, the pain and torture of hats of the old-fashioned construction.''
