The Fourth year of His Majesty's reign commenced 6th May, 1913, and ends 5th May, 19'4., SITTINGS AND VACATIONS. [Rules of the Supreme Court, 1883, Order LXIII. and Orders in Council, December, 1883 and March, 19070 ] 1, The SITTINGS of the Court of Appeal and the sittings in London and Middlesex of the High Court of Justice are four in every year, viz., the Michaelma.s slttings, the Hilary sittings, the Easter sitting&, and the Trinity sittinga. MICHAELMAS sittings commence 12th October ;-terminate 21st December, HILARY sittings commence 11th January ;-terminate Wednesday before Easter. EASTER 8itting~~ commence Tuesday after Easter week ;-terminate Friday before Whitsunday. · TRINITY sittings commence Tuesday after Whitsun week ;-terminate 31st July. ll. The V A.CATTON~ observed in the several courts anrl. offices of the Supreme Court are, the LoNG vacation commenc6!11st Augnst;-termlnates 11th October, CHRISTMAS VI\C&tion commences 24th December ;-terminates 6th January.
